The Institutional Investment Group (2IG) is one of the leading independent investment platforms for real estate and other real assets in Germany and Europe. With around 350 employees, 2IG manages assets of more than EUR 50 billion in around 25 countries and has a leading market position as an investment platform for real estate assets in particular.

To further expand our finance team, we are looking for (young) professionals with up to 5 years of professional experience who are passionate about supporting the financing of our real estate and would like to help shape our company. Depending on your experience, you will join us as an analyst or senior associate and take on a wide range of tasks, especially as part of our internationally operating real estate financing team.

We are looking for people with competence, ideas, initiative as well as the will and need to shape a lot in small and highly qualified teams and to be able to see successes directly.

Your Tasks and Design Options. You ...

… are responsible for financing transactions and processes for internationally located real estate in close coordination with the fund management, the legal department and, if necessary, external asset managers
… obtain financing offers and term sheets and negotiate them
… negotiate loan agreements, carry out risk assessments and recommend them to the internal investment committee for conclusion
… cooperate in the provision of collateral
… ensure the fulfillment of CPs and loan disbursement
… review covenants and meet reporting obligations to lenders
… maintain and expand our financing network
… take care of the general management of financing commitments and maintain our databases

Your Profile: You have the following qualities and competencies, namely ...

… a degree in business law, business administration or law or a comparable education
… in-depth experience in the market follow-up of a mortgage bank, in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company
… experience with fund regulation
… pronounced service behaviour and willingness to help
… organizational talent and very good self-management
… a high sense of responsibility, diligence and reliability
… the ability to juggle several professional tasks at the same time
… friendly demeanor combined with strong communication and assertiveness
… high motivation, initiative and fun working in a team
… confident and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
… very good English skills, both written and spoken
… good German language skills are an advantage
